2. Booking Process
When you make a booking with us:

- We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion
3. Pricing and Quotes
Our pricing structure is as follows:
- Quotes are based on the distance and vehicle type selected
- All prices quoted are fixed
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the agreed free waiting period
- Meet & Greet services, if selected, are charged as specified during booking
4. Payment Terms
Payment is made directly to the driver on the day of service.
- We accept cash and card payments (subject to driver availability)
- No upfront payment or card details are required when booking
- Payment must be made in full before or upon completion of the journey
- Receipts are provided upon request
5. Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellation by You:
- You may cancel your booking by contacting us via email or phone
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period provided
- We recommend providing at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations where possible
Cancellation or Amendment by Us:
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g., driver illness, vehicle breakdown, adverse weather)
- We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or full refund where applicable
6. Waiting Times
For airport pickups:
- Drivers will wait for up to 60 minutes from the scheduled flight landing time for international flights
- Drivers will wait for up to 45 minutes from the scheduled flight landing time for domestic flights
- Additional waiting time beyond this may incur extra charges
For standard pickups, drivers will wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may incur charges.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
As a passenger, you agree to:
- Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
- Provide accurate contact information and flight details (if applicable)
- Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
- Not consume alcohol or smoke in the vehicle
- Not engage in abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior
- Ensure children are accompanied by an adult and use appropriate child seats (which you must provide if required by law)
- Secure luggage and personal belongings
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if these conditions are not met, with no refund provided.
8. Liability and Insurance
Our Liability:
- All our vehicles are fully insured and licensed for hire and reward
- We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our services
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures)
- We are not responsible for missed flights or appointments due to delays beyond our control
- Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the fare paid for that journey, except where prohibited by law
Lost Property:
- We are not responsible for items left in vehicles
- If property is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it to you
- Storage and return fees may apply
